The UK’s fastest-growing grocery retailer wanted to actively increase their employee engagement and needed to THINK MAVERICK to do so.

They wanted to ensure consistent messaging, simplify their communications channels, and allow their disparate workforce to quickly and efficiently feedback front-line opinions to management. And drive rapid innovation on top of that, so no small task – but one we were happy to help with.

We produced a suite of communication materials and engagement tools to reach the workforce – whatever their location or role – providing Aldi with a 100% increase in engagement responses and feedback scores.
