The Maverick Group has hired award-winning Neame Ingram as Creative Director, reporting into Jamie Bell, Executive Creative Director.
Neame started his career at CDP, where he learnt all about the big idea and brand thinking. He then joined Mustoes, Publicis Chemistry where he helped launch EE and most recently PSONA Twelve working on the Cineworld campaign. Other household brands he has worked on include Emirates, Co-op Insurance, NatWest and Amex.
Neame officially joins The Maverick Group on June 14th, and is tasked with strengthening Electric’s ATL experience, the group’s advertising and customer engagement unit. On joining, Neame said “I come from an ATL background, so helping to launch Electric feels just like coming home. I think the plans for Electric are really interesting and I’m excited to be teaming up with Jamie Bell and Chris Tedman to help them put this agency on the creative map.”
Jamie Bell, Executive Creative Director at The Maverick Group said “I can’t wait to have Neame alongside me in the team. He is without a doubt one of the most talented and maverick people I’ve worked with, while also being down to earth and one of the hardest workers I know. Exactly what you need when establishing a business unit that exists to create a jolt for brands that need electric new thinking. Neame is absolutely the right person for the job.”
