The Maverick Group reinforces InsideOut offering with new Head of Learning hire

Sandy Willoughby joins the independent agency from The Happiness Consultancy

Following the launch of its new InsideOut proposition, integrated, independent marketing agency, The Maverick Group, has appointed its first Head of Learning.

Sandy Willoughby steps into the newly created role at the agency, bringing with her over 30 years of experience.

Previously Chief Client Happiness Officer at The Happy Consultancy and Learning Director at NKD, Sandy has vast experience in helping organisations create a productive, healthy and happy workspace. Most recently she designed a learning academy for a global logistics organisation.

Sandy’s experience includes global brands British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Le Meridien, Ibis, Sodexo and DHL.

Speaking about her appointment, Sandy said: “I am passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive. Leadership is at the core of creating this environment, and helping leaders to grow and help others grow is a key driver for me.

“I truly believe The Maverick Group can help organisations deliver their brand from the InsideOut, and learning and development are key factors in any business or cultural transformation. Making sure the people within the organisation are engaged, capable and motivated helps create the living brand.”
