Mission Statement

Our own Environmental, Social and Governance approach is centred around doing the right things. The right decisions for our business, the right opportunities for our employees and the right advice for our clients.

It’s about identifying that there are challenges, and that everyone can do more. Through continuous improvement with Purpose (one of our business pillars) at its core, we are working towards making positive sustainable change, in our community, for our people and through the work we do.

Maverick Community Fund

Doing great work in the community means starting in our own backyard. More than just paying lip service to charity, our Mavericks can nominate an initiative or project close to their hearts or their homes, which we support from a Group-wide fund.
 
So far initiatives that have benefited include everything from a struggling arts centre to animal rescue causes; a youth sports team to a service supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

The Felix Project

Our primary partnership is with The Felix Project, London’s leading food charity, where we tap into our strategic and creative resources to help them feed the city’s hungry.

Over the past three years we have created their winter fundraising appeals, helping to fund millions of meals and grow their brand. 

Volunteering

We believe in the power of giving back. That’s why we offer our employees two full days each year to volunteer in their communities. 
 
We understand that volunteering doesn’t just create a culture of compassion and benefit our people, but it strengthens our society and helps us make a positive impact. 

Future Frontiers

We think education is key. One of our initiatives is working with award-winning education charity, Future Frontiers, in a mentoring programme. 
 
Our collective mission? To use our skills and our own lived experience to give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds the guidance, networks and opportunities they need to fulfil their potential.
