It is leveraged to provide support and recognition for every DHL Express employee across the world and a complete central employee data ‘source of truth’ for DHL.

Hive concepted the Smartr platform to enable DHL’s digital transformation objectives and worked with key stakeholders across the business to take it from vision to global rollout at speed. This involved extensive employee and workplace best practice research, re-architecture of existing IT infrastructure and HR processes, iterative Agile design and development of the responsive website and mobile app, and the global rollout and engagement strategy and execution.
